SERVICES
FULL SERVICE PLANNING:

Unlimited phone and email support as needed throughout the planning process

Initial Consultation to discuss all aspects of your wedding, answer questions, come up with a plan of action, create a customized package, and help you focus your ideas and needs for your wedding.

Support in Sourcing and securing a venue(s) for the wedding

Create a detailed budget outlining all costs involved in the wedding
-
Securing of all products, & services with regular maintenance and revisions as needed ( marriage officiant, entertainment, photographer, food and beverage services, hair and make up, flowers and decor, etc)

Day of Coordination (see services included)
EVENT DESIGN:
-
Consultation to help establish a theme, colour palette, and other decor expectations, based on the client’s needs and the designer’s expertise.

Source out and secure any outside vendors or rentals required

Custom fabrication of decor items or props as needed (invitations, signage, backdrops, photo booth design etc)
-
Create a floor plan with the client that both reflects the decor, and allows for the most comfortable experience for guests

Manage all set up day of as per the arranged floor plan

Manage any third party vendors related to decor
FLORAL DESIGN:
-
Consultation to establish the client’s vision, and requirements for flowers, while establishing a plan that both fits the client’s budget, and the suggestions of the floral designer

Sourcing out and securing the supplies available/ in season for the design with the help of the client

Conceptualization and arrangement of all flowers prior to wedding day
-
Delivery of all flowers, with care instructions
DAY OF COORDINATION:

Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day

Confirm with all wedding vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day

Confirm timeline/ floor plan with client 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day

Manage all wedding vendors day of

Manage wedding party as per wedding timeline (continual checking of wedding party’s attire; lint, bra straps etc)

Manage vendor & décor set-up at ceremony & reception sites

Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests

Provide Bridal Emergency Kit- advil, snacks, energy drinks, water, mints, sewing kit, tide sticks, first aid kit, etc

Facilitate the wedding ceremony
